Kangaroo Island Eucalyptus 

Kangaroo Island Eucalyptus is an environmentally friendly, all-encompassing solution to your household cleaning needs. It’s capable of covering a range of applications and could even replace all your cleaning supplies. It’s derived from all natural ingredients, contains no phosphates or harsh chemicals, is biodegradable and grey water safe. Because it’s a low suds product it is suitable for both top and front loader washing machines.

Eucalyptus oil is a natural product that has many uses, one of which being an excellent cleaning agent, and when combined with our natural ingredients it’s incredibly effective at dealing with dirt and grime. It contains many natural components, the most important being Eucalyptol (also known as Cineole) which gives the oil its distinctive scent and medicinal properties. This also makes eucalyptus oil excellent at breaking down fungi, and being a natural anti-inflammatory and antiseptic, it helps to reduce skin irritation compared to other cleaning products containing harsh chemicals and silicon

When used in washing, the low suds help to minimise the build-up of soap scum, therefore reducing the risk of mould and mildew in your machine. Our product creates less soap lather which is beneficial for newer machines that use less water in their cycles, while also minimising the risk of build-up causing stains. Eucalyptus oil is also a natural antiseptic, and when used in washing can help to alleviate allergies as well as disinfect clothes.

The gentle ingredients make it great as a pet shampoo, the eucalyptus oil assists in repelling fleas and ticks while the anti-inflammatory properties can be soothing for older dogs. Be sure to rinse well after use. Our product is great as an industrial hand wash while being gentle on hands; it also works great on hard surfaces such as bathrooms, windows, surfaces and hard floors without leaving streaks. • Shake well before using. Remember this is a low sudsing product, do not use excess for sudsing effect, it cleans with correct measurements,  A high sudsing product is just a chemical reaction to create suds, excess foam does not mean clean.

• Concentrate, Laundry Liquid, dilute at a rate of ½ cup (125mL) per 1 Litre of warm to hot water, shake well to dissolve. The Concentrate makes up to 5 liters of product. always shake well when made up and before use. When the product cools down it will thicken up to correct consistency, Mix as follows into 500ml container for other uses.

• Hard surface cleaner:  Mix 1/2 cup to 1 Litre warm to hot water

• Dog Wash: mix 1 cup to 1 Lire of warm to hot water

• Hand cleaner: Mix  1 cup to 1 Litre of warm to hot water

• Car Wash: Mix 1/2 cup to 1 Litre of warm to hot water

• For use in Laundry, use 100mL for a normal load and 200mL for a heavily soiled load.

• For use as a Dog shampoo, the product is safe to use, Just be sure to rinse well after use. wet dog, add shampoo along the back and rub through well, safe to use on entire areas, be mindful of over use on the face, a bit on your hand is preferable than pouring straight onto the face. A half water, half product diluted in a spray bottle is great to spray (every 10 - 14 days) lightly on underneath your pet to repel leas and other mites, also assists grass rash and allergies, 

• For use as Hard Surface Cleaner, spray directly on area and wipe over with a clean cloth or preferred cleaning equipment, test on an area of wood surfaces, do not allow to soak on unfinished surfaces. This product prevents streaking and leaves your hard surfaces fresh and clean. Add 100ml to mop bucket and add hot water, mop areas as usual, enjoy a streak free floor, always use a clean mop for best results. 

• For Hand Wash, this product will clean off stubborn grease and grime, leaving your skin clean and soft, always test a small patch of skin to ensure there is no reaction to ingredients. 

• For Car Wash, add 100ml (standard car, if 4wd or larger add 200ml) to bucket of water or foaming gun, wash over vehicle, for stubborn areas/bugs rub a small amount over the area and let sit for a few minutes, wash off well. Best results, always wash your car in the shade or overcast day, washing in direct sunlight can cause the cleaning product to dry before rinsing off.

• For all other uses, dilute 25-50mL per 1 Litre of warm water.  This product can be safely used in steam cleaners on hard floors or for steam cleaning  furniture as it is low sudsing

Soap Flakes

The soap flakes we use are 100% Australian made and naturally formulated. They contain no SLS/SLES or parabens, they’re phosphate and palm oil free and are readily biodegradable.

Washing Soda

Washing soda, technically known as sodium carbonate, is a cleaning agent used in many different cleaning applications. Its purpose in our blend is to strip and remove the oils and minerals from dirty fabric or surfaces and hold them in the water, so that the soap flakes can get in and do their job.

Rain Water

The water we add to the liquid is all rainwater caught on Kangaroo Island.
